Code of Conduct

Berwick City Soccer Club requires that all coaches, team managers, players, parents and spectators are well acquainted with the following documents outlining our code of conduct, as well as guidelines shared by Football Victoria:


We kindly request that you share with others and emphasize its significance during team meetings, practices, and any other relevant gatherings. The Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behaviour, sportsmanship, and respect for one another both on and off the field. By familiarizing ourselves with these guidelines, we can collectively contribute to a more positive and inclusive soccer experience.

Additionally, it is of paramount importance that we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive behaviour. We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to participate in a supportive and encouraging environment. Any form of behaviour that goes against these principles, including but not limited to harassment, bullying, unsportsmanlike conduct, and disrespectful interactions, will not be tolerated.
